This thermal jar is great for hot foods on the go (or cold ones too)! It's double insulated wall keeps food hot for 4 hours and cold for 6 hours! It also comes with a handy fork too!

To preheat your food, pour boiling water in jar for 15 minutes and cover it. Then, remove the water, dry well and add food. Before adding cold foods, insert thermal jar in freezer for 15 minutes, then remove, and add your desired food(s).
