Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products being used for food, we’re unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once an item has been opened or its seal has been broken, it cannot be returned or refunded.

However, if your item has a manufacturing defect upon opening, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us on Instagram as soon as you receive your order, and we’ll gladly arrange an exchange.

We also kindly ask that you check your order before the courier leaves. In the case of a visible defect, the item can be returned immediately with the courier.
